• Speed Line – a concept for wheel handling, primarily at tyre centres. The complete system consists of a wheel lift, roll table, units for tyre removal, safety inflation unit, turning systems and lifting units for weightless centring of wheels on a wheel-balancing machine, etc. The complete system ensures high productivity, but the main reason why it is purchased is often due to ergonomic considerations as much heavy lifting and uneven straining can thereby be avoided.
• Safety inflation systems that consist of partly enclosed cages with pressure wave refraction systems and inflation computers. The systems are used for inflating all sizes of wheels and are sold to tyre centres throughout the world, in addition to the US Air Force as well as air forces and armies in, for example, Scandinavia, to name just a few customers. Tyre manufacturers such as Goodyear and Michelin also use AHCON equipment for random pressure testing on the production line.
